Expressing recombinant antibodies in mammalian cells is essential when post-translational alterations and proper folding are required for downstream applications. The most common problems of antibody expression projects are inadequate antibody yield, lengthy completion time, often requiring many months, and cost overruns.
To address these constraints, GenScript created its patented TurboCHOTM platform, which provides higher yield performance in less time.
