In the first talk of this webinar, we will talk about general maintenance on your Sutter Instrument filament- or laser-based puller, model P-97, P-1000 or P-2000. We will present DOs and DON'Ts, discuss selection of the right puller for your application, how programming approaches differ between the filament- and laser-based pullers, and show you a few not so well-known tricks that your P-2000 Puller is capable of. The second talk will feature the Lambda 421 Optical Beam Combining System, and how it can be controlled by SutterPatch® electrophysiology software for efficient experimental workflow.
